features drum great Ralph Peterson in one of the
last recordings of his career before he passed in 2021.

Music includes an original suite inspired by saxophone great
Sonny Rollins’ album Freedom Suite, arrangements of jazz standards,
and music by fellow bass clarinet great Bennie Maupin.

The album features guest trumpeter Sean Jones
in our first recorded collaboration that later extended
into collaboration as members of the Baltimore Jazz Collective.
